All of our halls feature immense windows with exceptional views of Montréal and the St. Lawrence River all year round. Every hall features a distinct industrial style and offers numerous layout options to enhance any event, from weddings, conferences and meetings to private events, parties, and everything in between. Our reception spaces are designed to welcome events of all kinds with up to 850 guests. Book your event space and offer your guests an unforgettable venue nestled in the heart of the Old Port of Montréal .

Our Services

  • A dedicated logistics coordinator to help you plan your event and ensure everything is in place in time for your event
  • A dedicated logistics agent to support your event as it unfolds and ensure full coordination with other Old Port services and operations. The logistics agent is available by phone at all times and can be quickly called on site to handle any issue
  • Every hall is equipped with audiovisual equipment: one (1) sound console, one (1) microphone, and one (1) lectern. Some halls feature a high-powered projector.
  • A technician is available during daytime hours to connect all rental equipment. 
  • Upon request, additional lighting, sound, and projection services are available (at competitive rates!)
  • Every hall is located near large parking areas.
  • Special parking rates available for event guests if you purchase parking passes in advance.
  • Specific parking spots can be reserved in advance.
  • Sections of the parking lot are available to rent if you wish to offer your guests a valet service (valet services to be arranged with an outside supplier at your expense). 
  • Rental space immaculately cleaned prior to your arrival
  • Our maintenance team ensures floors and washrooms are cleaned at a suitable moment before the start of the event.
  • Throughout the event, our team will keep a watchful eye on washrooms to ensure they are kept clean.
  • After your event, our teams gather up all materials placed in waste and recycling bins and take care of dismantling the hall. 

Accessibility

  • All our halls feature accessible washrooms.
  • Upon request, we can install ramps to allow guests to easily access our terrasses.
  • Talk to our logistics coordinator to help us offer you solutions to suit your needs.

Environment

  • Waste, recycling, and composting containers available on site
  • Redeemable containers and empty wine bottles collected by an organization that donates proceeds to various causes
  • Partnership with the Tablée des chefs initiative which redistributes leftover food to communities in need.
  • Four (4) electric vehicle charging stations in the adjoining parking lot
  • Site accessible by several means of active and sustainable transportation (bike, Bixi, Communauto, and public transit).

Our wedding packages are designed to meet your needs without any surprise fees. Our packages offer you an elegant hall space reserved exclusively for your event and entirely customizable to help you celebrate your special day. Our multipurpose spaces are suitable for wedding ceremonies and receptions and also feature a choice of terrasse and indoor layouts.
